I love to bring this smoothie with me when I have a bunch of things to do. It keeps me hydrated and my blood sugar steady.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 3/4 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogart
  • 2 handfuls kale

Directions

  1. Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
