Banana Mango Green Smoothie

I think arugula is my favorite green to use. It has just enough of  a bitter taste so you know you’re getting some good antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 handfuls arugula

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
