After a winter of hibernating in our sweatpants, it can be nice to give your liver and body a break. During the springtime, I like to consume as much turmeric as I can because it is a fiery season and this keeps me balanced.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup almond milk

Directions

  1. Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
