It took me years to come up with a good gluten-free waffle recipe that didn’t turn into a brick after 10 minutes! Finally, though I think I have come up with the holy grail of breakfast foods!
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Slowly add all the wet ingredients into the mixture. Stir until smooth.
- Follow cooking instructions on waffle maker.
