Gluten Free Waffles

It took me years to come up with a good gluten-free waffle recipe that didn’t turn into a brick after 10 minutes! Finally, though I think I have come up with the holy grail of breakfast foods!


  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk


  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl.
  2. Slowly add all the wet ingredients into the mixture. Stir until smooth.
  3. Follow cooking instructions on waffle maker.
