A great way to power pack your morning with nutrients is to try a completely customizable breakfast bowl and you can add anything to these babies.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogart
  • 1 tablespoon acai powder
  • 3/4 cup frozen berry mix
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil


  1. Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place a layer of granola or cereal in a bowl and cover with a smoothie.
