It’s hot as a Bikram yoga studio full of 100 sweaty people outside. So taking the dog out for a walk/run left us both covered in sweat. When we finally did come home the dog got an ice cube and I made this smoothie. I would describe this smoothie as a blueberry muffin meets a popsicle.
