Why is it the closer it gets to bikini season the less I feel like exercising….. What is even worse is that it is only Thursday…..why can’t it be Friday? Oh well, we shall just have to carry on like normal. I hope you enjoy this smoothie, it was created after a particularly interesting (by interesting I mean intense) arm workout so it is hard to lift the camera to take a picture. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the taste of sweet sweet raspberries and peaches!




  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Making a suggestion here: blend your smoothie for a little longer than you normally would. Like most smoothies with kale in it, it is best to blend longer because it can get a little pasty. Remember we are trying for smoothie not salad.
