Tart power to the rescue! This tangy tart delicious smoothie will get you going. It has antioxidants, detoxing properties and lots of nutrients! Have it for breakfast, lunch or as a snack. It is pre and post workout approved to get you going and help for muscle recovery.


  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablepsoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger


  1. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
