Begin by picking out the mandala coloring card you would like to use. Then grab your coloring tool of choice, whether it’s crayons, colored pencils or markers. Then begin to color. Focusing on the colors you are using. Intricate lines will help you enter into a state of mindfulness. Every time you reach for a new color take a nice deep breath. Continue to do this until the mandala is colored in.
